My Coaching: I use a series of questions to help clarify triggers, needs, wants and expectations in order guide you towards regaining your power to obtain lasting growth. My specialty areas include self growth, marriage and family dynamics. I also work with inner healing by way of processing through generational patterns. While listening to you story, I note specific themes and use challenging questions as a modality to engage your reflection toward solutions.
My Training: I earned my undergraduate degree from California State University, San Marcos with a dual major in Sociology & Communication. I am a Certified Life Coach and have training in Neurolinguistics Processing. I graduated from Dr. Henry Cloud & Dr. John Townsend’s Life Coach Experience and Life Skills International Phase I & Phase II: Grieving Skills, Shame, and Co-Dependency.
Bethany Luchetta has served the Real Estate Industry for twenty years in many capacities. She has been licensed in four states and a broker in two states. She grew up in North San Diego County and completed her Bachelor’s degree from CSU San Marcos with a dual major in Communications and Sociology.
Bethany worked for the City of Escondido for five years before she realized her niche in Real Estate in 2001. Bethany has been active in many facets of real estate including sales, property management, legal aspects and land development acquisition. Bethany graduated from Anthony Real Estate School and is CAM certified for residential management, a member of SDCAA, and an EPA Lead Renovator for pre-1978 housing.
